Customers must initiate damage claims against the shipper (UPS) Heal Thyself will be more than willing to assist in the process. Return Policy: Please be aware that all sales are FINAL and ARE NOT subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase PRIOR to ccmpleting your order. There are exceptions to this policy, and any inquires must be made with 5 BUSINESS DAYS of your purchase or from the date you receive your order. If you are returning a package, please use an insured and pre-paid method (UPS). Include your packing slip (invoice) and reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable on returns.
