Orders must be received by 10:30 am EST. Shipped in 5-7 business days, depending on product availability. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If an order cannot be processed customer will be notified provided there is contact information available. You may also opt to pay for your order with a certified check or money order made payable to Heal Thyself Inc. (All funds must be in US dollars). Customer is responsible for any fee’s pertaining to returned checks. Please note: No C.O.D’s accepted. Damage: Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery companies responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier (UPS). Customers must initiate damage claims against the shipper (UPS) Heal Thyself will be more than willing to assist in the process. Return Policy: Please be aware that all sales are FINAL and ARE NOT subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase PRIOR to ccmpleting your order. There are exceptions to this policy, and any inquires must be made with 5 BUSINESS DAYS of your purchase or from the date you receive your order. If you are returning a package, please use an insured and pre-paid method (UPS). Include your packing slip (invoice) and reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable on returns.
